Welcome to RevIVed Events. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.revivedevents.com (the “Site”) and all mobile IV hydration therapy services provided by RevIVed Events, LLC (“RevIVed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1. About Our Services
RevIVed Events provides mobile intravenous (IV) hydration therapy services at corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and other gatherings. Our services are administered by licensed medical professionals under the supervision of a licensed physician. Our IV therapy treatments are designed for general wellness purposes, including hydration, vitamin supplementation, and recovery support.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. IV therapy is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site or receive our services. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Individuals under 18 may receive services only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian who is present during treatment.
3. Bookings and Events
All event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by RevIVed Events. When you submit a booking request through our Site or contact us for a quote, you are making a request that is not binding until we confirm your booking in writing (including via email). We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.
Event organizers booking our services on behalf of attendees are responsible for ensuring that all participants are informed of these Terms and any applicable health intake requirements prior to receiving treatment.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund; cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee; and cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible and subject to availability. RevIVed Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, staffing, or other circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund or credit will be provided.
5. Health Disclosure and Informed Consent
Prior to receiving IV therapy, each individual must complete a health intake form and provide informed consent. You agree to disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and health conditions accurately and completely. Failure to provide accurate health information may result in refusal of service and releases RevIVed Events from any liability.
Our medical professionals reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual if, in their clinical judgment, IV therapy is not appropriate or poses a health risk. Common risks associated with IV therapy include bruising, soreness at the injection site, infection, allergic reaction, and vein inflammation. Rare but serious complications may include air embolism or fluid overload. By consenting to treatment, you acknowledge these risks.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing for our services is provided via custom quotes based on event size, location, duration, and selected treatment packages. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the date of the event. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and invoicing for corporate clients. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge on outstanding balances.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RevIVed Events, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RevIVed Events in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Assumption of Risk and Indemnification
By receiving IV therapy services from RevIVed Events, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the treatment, including those that may arise from your own negligence in disclosing health information. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevIVed Events, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RevIVed Events or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written consent. The RevIVed name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of RevIVed Events, LLC.
10. Website Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems; to use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site; or to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
11. Privacy
Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information. By using our Site or services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. Health information collected through intake forms is handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.
12. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RevIVed Events. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that RevIVed Events shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content or services.
13. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIVED EVENTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Louisville, Kentucky, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
