About the Role
RevIVed Events is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Events Coordinator to lead our on-the-ground operations in the Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky markets. You’ll be the face of RevIVed at local events — managing logistics, building client relationships, and ensuring every activation runs flawlessly.
This is a contract role ideal for someone who loves the energy of live events, has strong organizational skills, and wants to be part of a growing wellness brand making a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IV therapy activations at trade shows, conferences, and corporate events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event venues, sponsors, and clients
- Manage event logistics including equipment, staffing schedules, and travel
- Coordinate with the nursing team to ensure smooth on-site operations
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and local businesses
- Track event performance metrics and provide post-event reports
- Assist with local marketing efforts including networking events, partnerships, and outreach
- Represent RevIVed with professionalism and enthusiasm at all events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or hospitality
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple events simultaneously
- Familiarity with the Louisville and/or Lexington event scenes is a strong plus
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and basic project management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends as events require
